Does anyone have access to the electoral rolls for Kidderminster?

I'm interested in the period 1891-1932, and I have the exact address.

Have you tried emailing the library? As you have the exact address they may be very kind and not even charge you, especially if you tell them you are in Italy and cannot possibly visit. :D
