I've been sent a code to get a one month sub for a pound.

Are there more newspapers than I would get in my FMP sub?

I think it depends what kind of FMP sub you have, Toni, as the British Newspaper Archive sub includes the Irish newspapers but I don't think they are included in a Britain sub for FMP, only an Irish one or a World one.

I have a worldwide sub Kate.

So the whole British Newspaper Archive is available on the worldwide FMP sub?

I had the same e-mail from Findmypast:

"Not found what you were looking for on the 1939 Register?

We’d like to help. Have you discovered our sister site The British Newspaper Archive? With over 12 million pages of stories, you'll have plenty to explore from a dedicated section on the war years alone.

Get 1 month's access for £1
You'll get unlimited access to our 200 years of newspapers. Explore the historical headlines that will give you the inside scoop on your family's lives. We're adding new titles all the time so there is more to look at than ever before.
Why not try us out for the special price of £1 for the first month and see what you can find. "

They know I have an FMP subscription, so I can access newspapers there, so it seems as they are trying to sign me up to the Newspaper Archive site, which would be a waste of my money!

That was what made me wonder if you got different things on the archive.

Thanks to you both for saving me that pound. :)
