I've just seen their announcement (dated 4th Aug 2015), but I find it very confusing - they say that The Genealogist has made an agreement with Norfolk Record Office "to make Norfolk parish and other historical records available online for the first time. The registers of baptisms, marriages, burials and banns of marriage feature the majority of the parishes in Norfolk."
But nearly all Norfolk parish registers, archdeacons' transcripts and bishops' transcripts are already available free on FamilySearch, and the parish registers have recently been put on Findmypast too. FamilySearch also have some other Norfolk parish records online, such as poor law records, etc. They are browse only on FMP and mostly browse only on FamilySearch, although some on there are indexed, so I can only think that what The Genealogist are saying they will be "first" at is actually indexing them all with links directly through to the image for each indexed record. But even if this is the case, I think they are overstating it when they say that " These vital records will allow family history researchers from all over the world to search for their Norfolk ancestors online for the first time." They don't seem to give a time frame for when they will be putting them online.
