Isabella Sage

Isabella was one of triplets born to Nehemiah Sage and his wife Ann Kingman in April 1838.

She is with her family in 1841 and 1851 but then she vanishes. I think this may be her death:

I have eliminated local marriages for any Isabella Sage between 1851 and 1861 and I've looked for Isabella X marrying X Sage in case the above death is a married woman and found nothing. I would like to track my Isabella down in 1861, but have had no luck yet!

According to the census entry for Nehemiah and his family Isabella's sister was named Arabella and is at home.

However there is another Arabella Sage in Clutton WH b 1840 in Carnaby(?) I can't see a birth for a second Arabella. Wonder which one is right?

Sue, I think the 'two' Arabella's are probably the same person! Carnaby should say Cameley.

Sorry Kate - Isabella was born at Temple Cloud in Cameley parish Somerset on 26 Apr 1838 and baptised the same day with her two siblings, Arabella and John, at St James', Cameley. John only lived for three days. They were mum's 12th, 13th and 14th babies. She had twins too in 1831 :eek:
