FamilySearch problem?

I'm having trouble restricting the search to just one county in England at the moment - anyone else having the same problem? I have tried using 3 different browsers and on all of them it loses the county I have typed in. It does say that all my browsers are out of date but I think this is because I am on Windows Vista and it is incompatible with the newest versions.

I can only get it to work if I choose birthplace (say) and drill down. Choosing England for location and then refining does not work
