Perhaps the daughter of John Theaker and Ann Cook who married 19 Nov 1747 at Bole, but I haven't found a baptism for Mary. Some pages are illegible though so she could be there. The children I have found are: Ann bap Sep 16 1750, buried Mar 5 1750. John bap May 17 1752, Thomas 20 Jul 1755, William 8 Jan 1758. John Theaker buried 28 Jul 1759. Ann Theaker married Henry Cottam 12 Nov 1761, Elizabeth d of Henry and Ann bap 26 Dec 1761. Henry Cottam buried 22 Aug 1762. Ann Cottam widow married John Pinder widower 4 Feb 1765. (All these events at Bole.)

I have found a baptism in the Bole BT's which looks like Phoebe, illegitimate daughter of Mary Theaker, baptised 1773. (Edit - FamilySearch has the same, and they managed to decipher the date as 14 Apr, which I couldn't see.) Also, to go with the info in post #2, Ann, wife of John Pindar, was buried 2 Jul 1782.

The 1748 baptisms in the BT are almost unreadable, but it does include three "daughter" entries, so maybe one of them is Mary. (Unfortunately it doesn't look as though FamilySearch have managed to decipher them!) I was thinking that if she was born in 1748, she was a bit old to marry for the first time in 1776, but it makes more sense if she had a child in 1773. I'm going to see if I can find any trace of Phoebe Theaker in case it helps (edit - no luck yet).
