How do I find Month of Registration?

I am trying to order a Marriage Certificate on GRO and the info from the Marriage Register as taken from Genes Records doesnt give Month of Registration but it gives the quarter as 2. GRO needs this info.

How do I know when it happened please? I know what year and it was within the last 15.

What is Genes Records, Fi? Have you tried looking on ancestry or Findmypast?

Genes Reunited where you can do searches for Marriages, Births, Deaths, etc etc.
