Can anyone do a search for a will please?

Lillian Agnes Thomas died 15 March 2011, Isle of Wight.

I'm hoping this is my Uncle's wife who I only know was called Lily.

I just looked to see if she is on the new death indexes on ancestry (2007-2013), but I don't think she is. I see IOW BMD deaths only goes up to 2010!

Yes, I've been waiting for the IOW Deaths to add 2011 on, so I can find out her maiden name. I think I know who she is, but I have no proof. Unfortunately, they never had any children, so can't find name that way.

Now you have a potential middle name for her, is there still a matching marriage to your uncle?

I have a marriage for Lily A Philips to Alfred William Thomas in 1945, Ware, Herts, but can't remember now where I found it.

Would you have looked for Lil* or just Lily?

I have to go out now, but I'll have a look when I get back.

Is Alfred the one b 1903? Were you aware of an age gap between them?

Yes Alfred was born in 1903 in Lambeth. I think Lily was born in 1918
