Is Richard Bowen, Yeoman who married at Merthyr in 1806, the same man who was the father of Mary Bowen in 1807 and then the Innkeeper at the Plough and Harrow?

It's a shame the parish register marriage entry doesn't seem to be on FMP, so we can't see the witnesses' names.
