Good morning ...I am a little confused regarding
Philip Myers b 1839 Oldham on the 1881 census - because I can`t find his birth on freebmd

there is a Philip Myers b 1838 Liverpool , but I can't find one b Oldham ..I am trying to find out who his parents are ..
he married Mary Bassnett in St Michaels church,Liverpool in 1866
any help appreciated - probably looks like the marriage certificate will have to be purchased ?

His birthplace on the image looks more like Old Swan, which is in Liverpool. The marriage is on ancestry and his father is David Myers, ropemaker.

That is great ...thanks Kate and the Ropemaker fits in as well
so I now need a marriage for David Myers around 1835 - Old Swan is spot on because the family in the future are in the next district of Fairfield...
