1881 census for St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Samuel Hutchinson age 57 Is that correct age?????
Jane age 32
Samuel S age 7
Nettie R age 6

Do you agree Sam is aged 57?
and
Is the address STATES Street?

My brother is going for a FH tour and wants to see if he can find the places family lived.

I've googled both States and Slates Streets without luck.

The age has been altered. May be 51 or something else.

The address is definitely States Arcade.

Looks like 51 to me. I don't think it has been altered, just had a line drawn through it. States Arcade still exists. An alternative name is Commercial Arcade:
