second opinion please

I received photocopies from Dublin today concerning my son in laws Dyer family

I think this marriage record says minor for both of them, but does it?

Arthur Dyer according to the 1901 and 1911 census was born 1897/1898. it's the right family as the address is the same as on the 1911 census.

How can he be a minor in 1923 if he was born then? I can't find a birth reg for him, there is a male Dyer born Dec qtr 1897 in Dublin vol 2 page 482

Army record has him as 19 and a half on 7 Oct 1919, same address.

Could it be he just didn't have a clue how old he was?

It definitely says Minor for Frances but I'm not certain what it says for Arthur. Can't think of another word that would fit though.

Well I think the same as KiteRunner & Marg. It doesn't look like "minor" but it doesn't look like "full age" either, which I imagine would be the only other alternative.

Doesn't look like 'minor' for him. Not found a viable alternative yet though. Working on it.

It ends with r.
The writer doesn't always dot his "i"s.

I can't think of any alternatives to Minor, even if that is inaccurate.
