Does anyone understand the item about Northern Ireland BMD records being available online for £2, please? I clicked on his link to a blog but I couldn't see anything about it on there, and on the GRONI website, I can only see how to order certificates online for £15 plus postage?

It doesn't seem to be explained very well there, but according to various sites, credits cost £0.40 and you need 5 credits to view an image.
