There are a couple of public trees on ancestry with a Francis Rawson born 1748 in Alfreton, Derbyshire, son of Samuel Rawson and Mary Radford, married to an Ann Cartlidge, but there aren't any details of where they married, any children, where they died, etc so hard to tell whether it could be the same couple.
