Just saw this mentioned on an ancestry message board:

Members of the LDS church will get free subscriptions to ancestry, FMP, and "MyHeritage" and there will also be free access to these sites at FamilySearch centres for the general public.

My local LDS family history centre has provided free access to Ancestry for many years for anyone. Not quite sure why they will now be giving church members a free subscription EACH, seems a bit excessive really considering that the vast majority of church members only ever do the minimum research required to identify four generations of ancestors - not everyone is as obsessed with FH as we are!
