Item
I give unto my son John Daddow the Dwelling House wherein I now dwell and the shop and all the smith tools with all the apertnances Belonging to the same estate in Paying three Pounds a year to be hand Paid unto my Beloved wife Porsilla Daddow by quarterly payments and if in case that my son John Daddow shall happen to dye without children the above said Estate is to come to my Beloved wife Porsilla Daddow during her Life
