Probably known as Ned or other diminuitive
Baptised 27 Feb 1749/50 in Edgefield, Norfolk, son of James Edwards and Elizabeth nee Smith
Banns called in Holt, Norfolk, where he is named as Edmond Edwards
Married a week later 30th April 1776 to Phoebe Fox, where he is still called Edmund. He signs his name.
Described as single man, of Holt, but he does make his mark.
Freereg doesn't show any baptisms of EdMOND and Phoebe in the right time frame.
Children are baptised in Edgefield from 1779 to 1798.
I don't have Edward's burial. The graveyard was abandoned in the 1800s and last time I looked was a mass of brambles.
No trace of a will.
