Ancestry question

I have an elderly relative who's had access to my private tree on there for some years. She's messaged me to say she can't access it and forgotten the password - I can't find that there is a password :/

I cancelled her access and reinvited her, making sure I used the email address she wrote from and she said she still can't get access - any ideas?

Could she mean she has forgotten her ancestry password?

Ah I wonder if that's what happening, whether or not that's what she means. Thanks Kate - I'll tactfully suggest it
