There's a new procedure for ordering Qld certificates; you can order a certificate online at the price of $28, which will be posted to you, or download an image, which costs $20.
There isn't a huge saving by ordering images, but at least you get them much more quickly.
I assume those prices apply to all certs; I haven't found a page listing the prices, those were the ones I was quoted when I clicked on an entry I found.
