Question about probate

What does it mean when it is sealed.

I have probate for a man who died in Scotland but the will is registered in London and it says confirmation of and then lists his 4 'legal' sons and then after that says Sealed 23 April.

It means it was confirmed or ratified by that court after probate was originally granted in a different court.
