Marriage of Harry Searle and Elizabeth

My sister is trying to find this marriage - but neither of us can find it.

Can anyone find the marriage between Harry Searle (b 1859 Sawtry, Huntingdonshire) and Elizabeth Mary Clifton Hodgin (b 165 Frant, Sussex - parish Ticehurst)

According to 1911 census they were married abt 1889.

Elizabeth is a Hodgkin in 1881 but a Clifton in 1871! Think she was born before parents married (Mother - Hodgkin)

Had a good look and the only one which looks possible is a marriage between Harry Searle and Elizabeth Huskisson, Oct-Nov-Dec 1887, Brighton, Sussex.

It looks to me as though Henry Searle has page no 439 and Elizabeth Jane Huskisson page 489? So I don't think those two married each other.

According to 1891 census transcription on FMP, Elizabeth (listed as wife) was born in Enfield, Middx, but looking at the image it definitely says Frant, Sussex. (Just in case anyone else gets confused :confused:). There is also an 8 month old daughter, Dorothy, born in Beckenham, Kent. The address is 67 Birkbeck Road, Beckenham. Just for info.

No luck with a marriage yet though. :(
