I really enjoyed that. It would have made a perfect plot for an episode of "The West Wing"! And I was impressed by Rob Lowe managing to keep a perfectly straight face when the German researcher said they were looking at the register of "copulations"!

Are Kite and I the only GF members watching this series? I'm finding it really interesting, even though most of the subjects mean nothing to me. It's the research I watch for, not the celebrities. I agree that Rob Lowe's family were fascinating, especially to me as I'm lead to believe that my grandfather's family were involved in the Revolutionary War. I've just been investigating the DAR website but can't find anything listed for my family. What a shame; I'd rather like to be able to tell people that I'm a bone fide Daughter of the American Revolution!

Yes, I've been tuned in and have learnt a great deal. Although I thought there were a few leaps of faith in the Rob Lowe episode. However, it is a very short show and they have to leave out a lot.
