My Ancestry Tree is Messed Up :(

I wondered if anyone has got the same problem as me. Whenever I click to view anyone in my tree, the page doesnt show until half way down as now I have a list of letters at the right side of my screen first.

Has anyone else had this and how did you get rid of it?

I usually have it open in Internet Explorer and never had a problem before. Its working ok in Chrome :)
