I found this, which is probably the same man:

Sessions held at Truro QS/1/4/181-196 30 April 1778
QS/1/4/186
Recognizance to appear at next sessions:

John Clemowe of St Enoder, yeoman;
Nicholas Donnithorne Arthur of St Columb Major, surety.
Thomas Bond of Probus, miller; pleaded guilty to misdemeanour: fined 6d.
Samuel Bray of Marhamchurch, acquitted; Walter Oke of the same, convicted, of misdemeanours: latter fined 1s.
John Knight of Crowan, labourer; acquitted of stealing two quarts of honey from Thomas Hicks.

There is an online tree, and I must really try to verify the information.

Could anyone tell me what they think the wording is at the top of the left-hand page for Thomas Bond (it's out of focus for me).

It seems he was a Miller:

You have to search the page for his name or scroll down until you find him.

Although Thomas was the youngest child, he was sole executor of his father's will in 1741.
