ALL of the information below comes from a multitude of public Ancestry trees none of which give sources. However I believe that originally someone must have gone to the archives to check the detail because there are very few Newbury records on line. It's the later part of these trees that I have major issues with where people have made assumptions from GRO indexes etc. So, although the bare bones are on my tree I won't consider it set in stone until I can get to Berkshire RO to check for myself!
