Don't know how I missed it.

Found my Scottish grandfather in 1915 :) Richard Young Ploughman on Bellisle Farm :) he was aged 20 in 1915 looks like he was working for the same man he was in 1911 before he married in 1912.

... and a few others it pins down where they were a for a bit after 1911.
