Most of this information has come from a public tree on Ancestry. I have not been able to confirm it all yet, but there is enough information on the tree to make me think it is probably correct.

Name - "official" name and what they were known as – Adonijah Edwards

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!)
1790, 1800 & 1810 USA census show him living in Tolland, Conn.

You said you got your cemetery info from a public tree on Ancestry, Sue, so I wasn't sure if you've seen this or not:
Edwards family obelisk (http://www.clevelandareahistory.com/2012/03/edwards-family-obelisk.html)

And this?
To Dwell with Fellow Clay: The Story of the East Cleveland Township Cemetery (http://www.scribd.com/doc/112539184/To-Dwell-with-Fellow-Clay)

Your Edwards are a well-known pioneer family, it seems. See pp. 115-118, and be sure to let me know if you can't access this web page. There's a lot of documented history out there, and this book is very interesting about another of Adonijah's sons, Roldolphus or Rudolphus (?), who was "mayor" of Cleveland before Cleveland had mayors.

Somewhere in this book it says "in the 54th year of her age. wife of Adonijah Edwards" because that's what shows on my Google search page, but you have to buy the download to get the whole book. It's very inexpensive, $3.99. If you can't get at it, I'll do it for you.

I Googled:
Woodland Euclid Avenue Cemetery Cleveland +Adonijah.

Holy cow, Sue, you've got a whole library to read. Here's a bunch more family history:
Memorial Record of the County of Cuyahoga and City of Cleveland, Ohio (http://books.google.com/books?id=rt8yAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA567&lpg=PA567&dq=%22Adonijah+Edwards%22+-genealogy&source=bl&ots=1gzhHSTqKJ&sig=isQbScrIj3v2T5K1_Ny7B8ttgVE&hl=en&sa=X&ei=D3_wULq9HMm30AGu-oDIBg&ved=0CHIQ6AEwDzgK#v=onepage&q=%22Adonijah%20Edwards%22%20-genealogy&f=false)

findagrave Adonijah Edwards (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=92108213)

findagrave Mary "Polly" Edwards (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=92108258)

This one takes a while to load. Just a 2006 newsletter, nothing you don't already know, but nice to see Adonijah Edwards on page 5.

Sue, Google:
Births, marriages, baptisms, and deaths in Coventry, Connecticut

Edwards starts page 41, your Edwards on page 42 showing 10 children of Daniel Jr. and Hannah Edwards (including Adonijah August 28, 1742); 2 children of Adonijah and Mary (Sarls) Edwards: Reodolphus January 26, 1766 and Ralph May 27, 1768.

I found the reference under American Genealogical-Biographical Index (AGBI) on Ancestry:
Coventry, Connecticut (http://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&db=agbi&rank=1&new=1&MSAV=1&msT=1&gss=angs-d&gsfn=Adonijah&gsfn_x=XO&gsln=Edwards&gsln_x=XO&msbdy=1741&msbpn__ftp=Connecticut%2c+USA&msbpn=9&msbpn_PInfo=5-%7c0%7c1652393%7c0%7c2%7c3242%7c9%7c0%7c0%7c0%7c0% 7c&uidh=9uh&msbdp=1&pcat=33&fh=0&h=2647541&recoff=2+3)

You might have to take the infamous along with the famous, Sue! :d
Here's some interesting conversation on Ancestry:
yours to sort! :-) (http://boards.ancestry.co.uk/localities.northam.usa.states.connecticut.counties .tolland/1249.1/mb.ashx)

BTW, if you want to Google your Ralph Edwards, do it something like:
"Ralph Edwards" Coventry 1768 -consequences -NBC -holocaust

Otherwise you'll get a lot of garbage that's not relevant.

Think I've gone overboard now, but anyway, really interesting family you've got there, Sue!
