There is a Sarah Collard age 20, female servant, in Milverton on the 1841. It does seem to say Collard on the image though.

Thanks Kate I think that is probably her. I've seen baptisms for the same family and some are Callard and some Collard. I think in that area Collard is the normal spelling, but Sarah's father was definitely James Callard but he was not a local to Milverton area.
