Second one looks like Emma Brown, but it could be a variety of other names!

Are you sure? The witnesses look to be Isabel Tucker and someone Tyler on the image from that link (the bottom left one)?

I think the first one is Charles Hickman Welch.

There are a few Hickman Welches in the London area about that time, though none called Charles (that I could see), but I expect if he was related to some of the Hickman Welches he might have added the extra name at the time of the wedding!!

I think the other witness name might be too commonplace to worry about!!
