Family Search has a male baptism on 29 November 1748 in Thatcham. Parents William and Rebeka Munday.

Thanks Shona. Unfortunately there is a burial for Rebekah Munday, wife of Wm in Thatcham, 1755. Which, if Sarah's burial age is correct at 1766, rules them out.
Munday/Mundy/Monday seems to be quite a common in Berkshire which doesn't help very much. There is one couple on Family Search living in Welford (8 miles from Thatcham) named William and Phoebe and they have amongst their children Martha, Mary and Phoebe (no Sarah that I can see tho':() and Sarah's daughters by Thomas Spicer were Martha, Mary and Phoebe..... Wm and Phoebe have a daughter b1767 named Mable, perhaps she didn't like her name and went by Sarah :d:d
