According to familysearch, Rosetta Luella Straffen was born in Cleveland Ohio 15 Aug 1889. (Her parents Thomas & Eleanor were both born & married in Northumberland, Eng, and the original surname was Straughan, but morphed into Stratten/Straffen & variants after arrival in the USA after 1881 but before1885.)

In 1900 & 1910 Rosetta and her siblings were recorded in Cleveland at the home of the eldest Straughan child, Mrs Frances Fosh.

Can anyone find Rosetta in later census, please? (I've located all the other siblings in 1920 & 1930 and she's not with any of them.)
At sometime she married, for in the death announcements for two of her brothers she is referred to as Mrs Etta Howells. I realise there could have been a previous husband :(

Thanks, Kite, that'll be her - Mentor is mentioned in one of the funeral notices.

*makes mental note to look at familysearch in the future for US census*
