Julia Bullock married Thomas George Twinam 28 Oct 1893 @ All Saints, Battersea, London. http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec?htx=View&r=5538&dbid=1623&iid=31280_197968-00399&fn=Julia&ln=Bullock&st=d&ssrc=&pid=7423454

Then she disappears!

An infant Julia Twinam dies in Poplar in 1893. And a Thomas George Twinam dies in Poplar in 1895 which suggests that it's them but I can't find Julia anywhere! I've looked at deaths, marriages and migration - can anyone else spot her?

For info this is her in 1891 with her sister's family - which should read Sampson, not Lampson http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1891&h=10285193&indiv=try

and in 1881 with her father and step mother (my 2xgt grandmother) http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1891&h=10285193&indiv=try

Thanks

Where and when was she born, Sue?

There is a Julia Twinan marrying in Shoreditch in Oct-Dec 1897; possible spouses are Alfred Henry Hunt and William Charles Priddle with the other bride being Louisa Agnes Ward. I'll see if I can find it on ancestry.

This is Alfred Henry Hunt and his wife in 1901:
9 Francis Ter, Judge St, Watford, Hertfordshire
Alfred H Hunt Head M 30 Chocolate Maker London Bethnal Green
Julia Do Wife M 32 Do City
Alfred H Do Son 2 Do Haggerston.

Does that look likely to be her?

That could certainly be her Kite! She was born in Aldgate and was always flexible with her age!

I don't know why I didn't find the marriage - I thought I'd tried all the variations on the name - obviously not....

Many thanks
