Ancestry has another baptism at Christ Church, Spitalfields - 16 Dec 1804 Robert Peel of Robert weaver Pelham Street by Lucy Ann born Nov 22 1804.

Interesting - I wonder if Louisa died, or if Lucy Ann is a mangled version of her name.

I haven't looked at this branch for a while so I'll go and have a look now.

It looks as though she may have gone by both names (or there were two Robert Peels of course!)

In Nov 1793 Robert and Lucy Peel baptised a daughter Frances at St Botolph's Bishopsgate.
She is then buried in Christchurch Spitalfields Apr 1794, one year before they baptise another daughter Frances Mary (same address, Wilkes Street)
So the Robert that Kite found could well be theirs....

Thanks, Sue, that does sound likely - the first Frances' birth would fit with the marriage too, which is nice...
