BK6 updated from this thread

I've just found the marriage for one of the brothers of my 5xg-grandfather, John Bishop. His brother was Bernard Bishop and I already had a burial for Bernard's wife (7th entry on the left-hand page):

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec?htx=View&r=5538&dbid=2243&iid=32435_239628-00108&fn=Barsheba&ln=Bishop&st=d&ssrc=&pid=1672001

Here's the marriage (first entry on the right-hand page):

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec?htx=View&r=5538&dbid=1624&iid=31280_199019-00398&fn=Bernard&ln=Bishop&st=d&ssrc=&pid=4125172

All I need is the bride's name :D All I can say is, I bet it isn't Berskson Sonpet (ancestry transcription!)

Barsheba Soupe or Soape?

its hard to tell if it should be an "a" or a "u" or if there should be anything after the"e" under the downstrokes from the line above.

Oh, that's freaky - I did a general search on Ancestry for B*sheba So*per and turned up a burial in 1730 in Melcombe Regis, two years before the burial of Mrs Bishop and in the same place. Maybe this is her mother? I was expecting her to be from Bermondsey!

Answers just lead to more questions!
