I thought for a minute I'd found my 3xg-uncle's emigration to NZ, but then I realised the date was years too late and it turns out to be a trip he took from Dunedin to Hobart. I shall have a proper search tomorrow as I have a few people to look for.

Thanks for posting this - great to have the images for the 2 families I know about. Another family allegedly went from Australia to NZ - haven't found them yet, but nice to have the opportunity of looking:)

Unfortunately not early enough for my lot to Dunedin.

Otago has one year 1847 (too early) and then 1873 (too late).

Will keep my eyes open for any updates.
