Betty is a spinster on the marriage PR entry (image on ancestry) and the witnesses are William Crabtree and William Wadsworth.

There are a few possible baptisms at Heptonstall, which you have probably seen already:
Betty Jackson baptised 8 Dec 1754, daughter of Jno Jackson of Lang (presumably Langfield).
Betty Jackson baptised 19 Jul 1755, daughter of James Jackson of Todmerdon.
Betty Jackson baptised 5 Sep 1756, daughter of James Jackson of Langfield.

Thanks, Kate. Betty Jackson is such a common name around Halifax that I don't know if I shall ever discover whose she is!
