Has anyone ever looked for one of these and if so, how do you do it?

I haven't looked for an actual admon, only the index entries which happen to be on microfiche at my local archives, but TNA has a research guide:

As I understand it somebody has to go to the National Archives in Kew in person to look for it; I don't think it's something you can order online.
