Now that this is on ancestry I have been playing with it and love the occupations. But can anyone beat this Ruth Bush Golden valley Bitton aged 86 Iron foundry. Luckily I think she owned the foundry rather than made the castings herself.

On the same lines, I have a tudor ancestor who gives her age as 80 and says she chopped down all her son's trees.

I have to say that my own dear mother at the same age was nothing like that!;)
