There is no searchable name index database, but you can download the calendar for each year as a PDF and look through it (it is in alphabetical order, so easy enough to find what you're looking for.)
I had a right old time finding the links on the National Archives of Ireland site, so I'll try to tell you how to do it (sorry, but it would take too long to post up all 60 links!):
Search for calendar grants probate in the "Words from the title / content" box on their Advanced Search screen:
http://www.nationalarchives.ie/search-the-archives/
It should come back with many pages of results. The downloadable ones start on page 4 of the results, with the year 1923 (number 63 in the list of results if you did the same search I did.) Click on the title of the match and it will come back with a catalogue entry that includes the link to download the PDF.
If you're planning to download lots of them, make sure you have plenty of space on your hard disk! Or download to a USB stick or whatever. They are quite big files.
These calendars only cover the Republic of Ireland but the Northern Irish probate index up to 1943 (well, most of it) is already online at
http://www.proni.gov.uk/index/search_the_archives/will_calendars.htm
