Joy, it's really hard to even compare the faces because as soon as you blow them up they get fuzzy. The badge, I'm afraid, is nothing but a blob for me. Is there any hope of seeing some better images? I suppose that if you had a scan with any better resolution you would already have posted it. I'm sorry, wish I could be more help.

The second picture is a photocopy unfortunately and the relative that sent it has died recently sadly.

Sorry your relative died, Joy. Fortunately, if anything, I'd say that second one is the better quality of the two images. If you can improve on the first one, then we might be able to see something.
