Was he "of this parish" on his marriage, Asa?

I have the details from an online index and it doesn't say for their marriage - does for some - but they were married by licence.

The witnesses names do appear in the Penkridge PRs

Have just been looking at the family. Penkridge is about ten miles from Wolverhampton. William's widow remarried in 1819 at the same church and a daughter married there in 1833 whereas most of the family married in Penkridge.
