If you search the above section, in the region section you can chose Asia - Indian subcontinent. Does anyone know what you get if you search and view the details ie an image or transcription? Also where are the records from?

If no one knows I'll email them but it is usually quicker to post here.

You will get a transcription (of the index entry) and image of the index entry, same as you would for a birth in England and Wales. They're from the "overseas" indexes:

Thanks Kate. I got excited that and hoped they were the Indian records they are getting this month, supposedly. I couldn't find any of my lot though and was wondering how they were releasing the records.

I just have to wait then. There are still many days left in February. ;(
