Name - "official" name and what they were known as
Ann Mosley or Moseley

- most of the detailed info comes from an ADES family website and is purported to be a direct transcription of a family document. So I have written it "as is"

1841 - Brewhouse Lane, Cranbrook Kent (where daughter Charlotte Lived)

1851 census - Cranbrook Kent, aged 79, described as lodger in the household of Charles Seynour, who was her son-in-law.

had 14 children - Spencer, Philadelphia, Ann, Charlotte, Mary, Edward, Jane, Moses, Philadelphia, Robert, Harriet, John, Alice and Ella.

That 1851 census entry says that Ann was born in Sedlescombe, Sussex, the same place as her husband. Though of course it could well be wrong.

I think Westfield is about 3km from Seddlescombe, so if Crossham/Crowham (now, I think its Crowham) Manor is between the two, then either or both could be right. Some of the details listed on the Ades family website are a bit hard to check on as the area is not in the IGI.
