missing marriage

Can anyone find the marriage between John Jones (sorry!) and Happy Knights unknown. Her name should help narrow it down. :D
He was b 1815 Mallwyd Merionethshire and she was b 1827 Carlton Colville Suffolk. I have them togther in 1861, can't find them in 1851 but the eldest child in 1861 was b c1847 St Pancras.

John was a widower, so the oldest boy may not be Happy's child.

There are a few possible baptisms for John in Dinas Mawddwy, which is not far from Mallwyd.

Can't find the oldest child, John's baptism - there is one at St. Pancras in 1847 with parents John and Sarah, but the father's a porter, whereas he should be a tailor.

The eldest child has the middle name Knights. Perhaps John Jones was previously married to a relative of Happy's?
