I've checked the PRs on line (Seax) for the marriage between Edward Clark and Mary with no success:
Hutton; Great & Little Burstead; Shenfield; Mountnessing; Ingrave; Great & Little Warley; East (T)Horndon; Heybridge; Ingalestone; South Weald; Stock.

The PRs for Brentwood & Billericay for the probable years are not available on line
