Where does one buy an death cert (1899) from Ireland?

I'm going to get one on the offchance it's the right one, and I have a sister living in Dublin...but no idea where to start...

I don't think the Eire GRO is in Dublin any more (from memory it used to be at Joyce House). I googled Dublin GRO and got:

You can apply and pay online from anywhere I think.
