Can anyone find her in 1871 or her death?

There is an Elizabeth Smith death in Meriden district Jul-Sep 1864 (no age on the death index back then), also one Jan-Mar 1870 age 83 which is a bit too old for your Elizabeth unless her age was wrong on the censuses? Meriden was the district for Hampton in Arden where she was in 1861.

Surely it's Solihull, well it is according to the census anyway.

I've been looking for a burial with no luck.

GENUKI registration district info says that Hampton in Arden was in Meriden district from 1837 till 1974 but it looks as though parts of it moved between districts before then.

Could be either then.

I don't know about this case, but I have found that Ancestry often has a different reg district recorded for census records than FMP does. In every case I've looked at FMP has been right and Ancestry wrong!

How do you put in the reg district on the deaths on FMP? I can only see how to do county.

No idea. I have never looked up a death on FMP. Only ever used Ancestry or FreeBMD :o

I don't think you can, but it does show you the district on the list of matches.
