There is an Elizabeth Carr burial at Edington on FamilySearch - 1 Dec 1856. It doesn't give her age on there, though.

Thank you. I'm pretty sure she's related as William and Betty had three sons, all of whom lived in Edington. I haven't come across an Elizabeth yet though - I'll have to investigate.

Betty is a variation of Elizabeth, Jenny, so I was thinking the burial could be Betty herself.

Sorry, of course! She could well be my Betty (Elizabeth). I've made a note of the death cert reference so I can order and check it out.

Something doesn't seem quite right here, Jenny!

Looks all right to me, wonder what I'm missing.

Not sure what's wrong either. Betty was living in Edington at the time of the baptisms of her children (from date of marriage to 1805) and the 1841 and 1851 censuses.
