http://www.genealogistsforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=8184

I am by no means certain that she is my OH's MFMFMM, but the only baptism I can find that may be for her daughter Louisa is listed as Louena Aust with parents William & Sarah on 15 November 1812 in South Stoke, Somerset.

Name - "official" name and what they were known as ? Sarah unknown?

Date and place of birth - probably about 1785, possibly in Somerset.

Names of parents - unknown

Date and place of baptism - unknown

Details of each of his or her marriages -to William? Aust abt 1810 in Somerset?

Occupation(s) - ?

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!)
1812/3, Combedown, Somerset where daughter Louisa was born.

Date, place and cause of death - unknown, but there is a death in Bath reg. district July qtr 1840. I haven't yet found Sarah on 1841 census. Update: probably not her - see post #2

Date and place of burial - unknown

Details of will / administration of their estate - unknown

Memorial inscription - unknown

There is a public tree on Ancestry that lists a Sarah Rawlings marrying a William Aust on 14 October 1804 at Bathampton, Somerset. One of their children is listed as Lovena (Louisa?) b1812 at Monkton Combe, Somerset. There is another daughter listed as Mary Ann, b1827 at Monkton Combe. In 1841 census a Mary Aust (15) is living with Louisa (listed as Lucy) and her husband & family in Charlton Kings, Gloucestershire.

Bath BMD gives the age of the Sarah who died in 1840 as 0. And there is a Sarah Aust birth registered in 1840, same sub-district (Lansdown), so it doesn't look as though that death is your Sarah.
