Just looking at the Warwickshire PR's on Ancestry and wonder if I've found her.

Some census says she was born in Balsall.

Parish registers have Balsall as abode. Trouble is there are two with the same info except for the date. One in Hampton in Arden

The other in Bubbenhall

How near are Bubbenhall & Hampton and Balsall? Do you know of any unusual names in the family, any siblings, whose baptisms might help confirm?

Hampton in Arden and Bubbenhall about 15 miles apart according to Google Maps. Balsall is sort of in the middle.

I know nothing about Hannah other than her fathers name was James.

The problem being it's Smith.

I'm all right Jack.

I've just found my great great grandfather Samuel Bradbury, whose birth was never registered. He was baptised in Bedworth as a six year old, with his brothers and sisters and all the dates of birth are in the margin.

It's possible they are two children of the same family and that the first one died between the two baptisms.

There are only 6 months between the two baptisms.

Yes, but it doesn't say how old they were when they were baptised.
